2008 535i tail lights/Replacing 2004 530i tail lights

My question is this, I would like to replace my 2004 bmw 530i tail lights for the 2008 535i tail lights, but, will they fit the same on the 2004 as they would on the 2008 model?

Contact Bruce Miranda about it...seems the electrics are pretty tricky for the switch and he is making new harnesses that facilitate the switch...but there were a few bugs with the retrofit (IIRC)....he may have them worked out by now?
