2008 528xi 105000 miles

2008 528xi 105000 miles
I just saw a 2008 528 xi with 105k miles at my local BMW dealership and they are quoting 11K for it. It had 2 owners and i will be the 3rd if i go for it. I am thinking of trading in my car and purchasing the BMW if its worth it. Having no idea about this 5 series, looking up to your valuable suggestions.
About the BMW as i came to know from carfax,
Changed rear brake pads and rotors at 85K.
Changed oil/airfilter / rear tires/spark plugs/brake fluid at 97K

Well first you would know that the car was not taken to the Dealership when it was under warranty or after unless it was a dealer car so you can bet it wasnt taken care of properly. Secondly 11K for an 08 528xi with 105k on the ticker they are dreaming. The second person got rid of it for a reason and it has to be major. Take it for a spin and drive it hard. I am sure a message will pop.
