This is awesome news. I was ready to order a new 530, but I'm definitely going to wait a couple weeks and order one of the 2008's. They look a bit nicer, and I definitely want some of the options (not to mention the twin turbo engine!)
Does anyone who is a dealer know if indeed the allocations will be opened in January, and, if so, will BMW FS in the US publish new money factors and residual values for the 2008 model?
Right now, they're at .0009 for the '07 530, and a 12k 36 monther is 62% RV... I'm trying to keep my lease payments in the under-580 range, and I'm likely to get premium pkg, premium sound, GPS/Nav, heated seats... 6spd stick, of course.
Edit: my lease is up in April as well... have an '04 330i.
