2007 e60 550i - time/date are lines and ABS light on?

2007 e60 550i - time/date are lines and ABS light on?
Hi - new to the forum and looking at picking up a low mileage 07 550i (55k). Runs and drives great but when I started and drove it last a bunch of warning lights flashed up:
1) time and date are lines - is the sign of just a bad battery or possibly a bad alternator?
2) ABS light is on - could this just be a bad sensor or should I be concerned about the ABS system is general? i saw a video on line where to reset these lights you turn the car on/off and then turn the wheel all the way left then all the way right. seemed to reset everything?
I plan to have a PPI through the dealer but wanted to get the forums thoughts on these issues.
Lastly, what else should I be looking at with a low miles car? Valve cover was clean and dry - didn't look like there was oil seeping out. No smoke on startup.
