The car is probably not getting "looser" but you are beginning to hear the parts moving against each other. Do a search on "Door sill," "creaks" and the like and you'll find that these parts are being replaced under warranty.

1. The door sill make noise and is replaceable under warranty.
2. The rear parcel makes noise and is fixable under warranty.
3. The dasboard makes creaking noise and is fixable under warranty.
4. The steering wheel noises makes noise and is . . . under warranty.

Any other noises, squeaks, and creaks anyone?
5. The Sunroof makes noise and is fixable under warranty.
my body makes noise but not fixable

My windshield does it too! Clicking sound where the dashboard meets the windshield. It's driving me crazy (can't stand any noise in a 'new' car)... I've been hitting the dash and cursing.. of all car makers how come it's BMW!?!? Anyone but them, please!
My only workaround so far is to turn the radio up so loud it surpresses the noise

Some WD-40 should do the trick. My 545 had a very annoying creaking sound from the rear window. My dealer wanted to disassemble the parcel shelf area. I refused and fixed it by spraying WD-40 between the parcel shelf and the window itself. Should work for you too.

I had the dealer lube the windshield area were the glass meets with the frame a couple of weeks ago and I havent heard any creaks yet. It is a temporary solution, but for now it works.
I haven't heard the creaking in my car, but if I do, I'm curious; how do you lube the windshield? Spraying grease would make a semi-permanent mess with the overspray, no? And isn't there a seal around the window? if high pressure water at a car wash can't get in, how is grease going to?

This concept seems very odd.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned it on this thread, but I believe the reason for these noises from the windshield is also the same that causes the 5 to have a higher insurance rating: an aluminum front end that's glued to a steel chassis. Very expensive to repair and apparently more susceptible to swelling and retraction with changes in temperature (windshields creaking and in some cases cracking). Hey, they have made engine blocks and heads out of aluminum for a long time that use internal parts of steel and iron and cover a much vaster operating range in terms of temperatures, they can figure this one out. They just may not quite be there yet.

If you ditch the run-flats, all the sounds will disappear...Thats what I did and now I just hear the engine roar...

1. My seats make a creaking sound when I make turns which never happened before.
2. On the turn signal stock the *check* switch/button thingy makes a slight rattling noise when riding over bumps or rough road surfaces.

The sound is not your windshield, but the clips that secure the dashboard to the firewall. Our current (E60) and prior (E39) generation 5-Series make the exact same creaking sounds at the base of the windshield when cornerning. Per BMW service, the design is the same as the prior generation. There is no fix, however, I was able to eliminate most of the noise with foam weatherstriping.
