Price seems kind of high.

That's too high and you have to consider paying taxes/registration. I would instead look into an LCI (2008+) model if that is your budget. Check cars.com

I just bought the same car 07 530i sport CPO 58k
etc... and I paid 22,000 witch was about a grand or so to much in retrospect. But try and find a clean sport package car in the North East.
My car came out of Georgia,

I'll echo the sentiment on the price. I ran my E60 - 2007, 530i, 62k miles - through Kelley Blue Book (www.kbb.com) and get a wholesale book value of ~$18k

Given the crappy market here in SoCal, used cars frequently only sell for low book, so you should take your money for a walk.

There are plenty of E60s on CPO out there. BTW - check out the repair history on any potential purchase, and check to see if the in trunk electronics have been relocated to the left rear fender from under the spare wheel.

Also, the AC is rather fragile on this build - I've had mine in - under warranty! - twice in the last 2 years, not sure whether those fixes will last, or if I'm looking at them crapping out in another 2 years.

Buy low, because you will run up some repair bills not covered by the warranty...
