2007 525XI - Radio sound problem
I have a 2007 525xi that I bought about 7 months ago. Its working great, except for the radio cutting the sound out at random times for a few seconds.
What we eventually noticed was that the SOS light comes on when it happens. So since I had no idea how old the battery was, I had it replaced, so at least I could eliminate it from the list.
Any idea what else could be causing this? Any way I can disable the SOS function by removing a fuse to test if that will fix it?

Do some searching of the last couple months posts. Another person had this same problem. Not sure if they solved it.
