2007 525i E60 Engine Problem when start .

Default 2007 525i E60 Engine Problem when start .

Hello everyone, my 525i of 2007, N52 engine, when it starts in the morning and I leave right away it makes me failures and even I get to mark failures in the shift gear. I turn it off and on and the transmission fault disappears. Eventually as the engine warms it stops.
The subject and my question is this: After being at normal temperature it works perfectly BUT, I feel and I hear the engine as if it were and run in Third shift gear.
The engine feels and listens as compression. The transmission makes all the changes and I also made them with the Steptronic or manually and all Perfect.
I thought they might be the Catalytic Converter, but I do not have the check engine light.
In fact, my car has no alarms on.

I would appreciate your comments and if anyone has gone through this, see if you have any clearer idea of what may be going on. (EGR valve ??? PCV valve ??)

Note. I see very little out of the muffler or rear exhaust.

How many miles or KMs do you have on the car? Have you done a drain and fill on the transmission fluid? You could either have low fluid or need a fluid change from what I am reading.

Hello SeanJordan20 ,,,,, the 525i 2007, has 180,000 Kms. Well a one and a half year I change the complete mechatronic of the transmission, so also change all the oil. (Febi) BMW. There is no leakage of oils.
I will try to explain myself better. For example imagine that you drive the car, and does all gears well 1,2,3,4,5,6, but you feel and listen that the engine is like 3rd gear, when you go to 60 miles or 100 kms.
I've put all the gear with the steptronic and they all work perfectly, up and down. But the engine is compressed. You feel that if you keep accelerating the engine will explode.
Something tells me that they can be the catalytic converter, but the strange thing is that it does not display the alarm light of the Check Engine. In fact I do not have a single alarm on. And lastly, when I start it in the mornings I have to heat it for more than 5 minutes Otherwise you feel that it does not advance and you want to turn it off. I have gotten to affect the gear putting the transmission in emergency mode.
