A 2006 BMW 530i which is E60. I have maintaned the beauty since, but one slight issue lately that i am trying to get some thoughts on.
- When the car is on, it has a slight vibration, super micro vibration through out the vehicle for about split second, then goes away.
-It feels like when you turn ON the AC ...that slight vibration in the engine.
-It doesnt matter if I have air on or off, it randomly vibrates and goes away, and then vibrates again, on and on.
-Now my question is....is it really what I am thinking of, that its the MAFS the mass air flow sensor?

How many miles on the car?
Engine mounts [and trans mount] can contribute to vibrations.
Depending on the miles, you may want to look at replacing spark plugs and ignition coils if they were not already replaced.
If the vibrations are felt only when the car is moving, look at the components on the drive shaft (flex disc/guibo, center support bearing, ...)
