Please post a pic of what you're seeing. I can't help just by reading because you're missing things I would use to search with.
Managed to get all modules programmed with my VIN except for the CCC ALC and Body Module were not found. One oddity is my CDC (CD changer) is no longer shown, and look at my LM. I cannot update it with WINPFK to fix it because the ZUSB is missing numbers.

Did you input the ZB I gave you for the LM? That one will work and if not flash in expert mode.

Yes, in fact that is the same number I already had programmed into it. When I go to re-program it, it is saying that it's supposed to be 7 digits and it won't update it because the current programming is missing the rest of the numbers. Instead of 9203082, if you look at my UIF, it is 9******. I will try and flash it in expert mode once the rain stops outside today.

I have never flashed in expert mode before, can you please let me know how to do that? Until now, Comfort Mode has always worked with WinPFK.

I am trying all of your suggestions, I plugged in every number you gave me. You made me feel better, because my numbers for LMA and DME were a match.

Quick thing: My K+DCAN cable mysteriously came back to life. I had it on COM 1, Max baud rate, latency 1 and I always check it. But it is working with BMW Standard Tools and ISTA-P again. Unfortunately, it is doing the same thing as my Super ICOM Pro N3+. It will read the car, read through all the modules, then a popup appears and the gist of it says "Hardware not detected, please hook up closest to the MOST connector" (basically it's looking for a ICOM . I am using ISTA-P 3.72, I managed to find 2.55, which ironically is what ISTA-P is reporting as what my car was last treated with.

I will report back later, if I can get ISTA-P to work, my troubles may be over. If not, I will have to purchase a ICOM A+B so I have the correct hardware for my car. I have heard of people using a K+DCAN with E60 and even flashing things on the MOST ring with it using ISTA-P. So I have hopes an older ISTA-P may work.

I hope I'm understanding you correctly. You are using ISTA/P and not ISTA+ correct? Do you have ISTA+, if so can you post a pic of the tree. Also can you send me the screenshot in INPA F2 (Indent). Having a hard time figuring out your trans ZB. CCC doesn't get VIN
