Seems like a very good price to me. Based on the mileage, CPO and options, I would guess it should go for $45-47K.
Is $41K what they were asking or your negotiated price?

That's a very good price on a great car. Congrats and enjoy!
So, the wife has the Honda Odyssey (which I have to admit, I actually really like..did i just say that?) and I will give my Grand Cherokee Ltd to my mother-in-law (will miss it dearly), take her piece of crap Ford taurus (will now be my train car- I live near the Long Isalnd Rail Road and commute to Manhattan everyday) and use my 550i for lighting my hair on fire!
Its been quite a few years since my last BMW- over the past 20 years I have had- '78 320i, '83 533i, '90 325is, '93 RX-7 Twin Turbo (favorite car of my life), '95 Jeep limited, '96 325is,[Got married] '99 Audi A4 2.8, '99 grand Cherokee Ltd (still have it) 2003 E320 Sport package; '06 Honda Odyssey Touring...AND NOW- THE MASTER BMW 550i- I HAVE RETURNED!!!!
OK...have to get back to work!
