My 550i has done this for a while now and I don't know whats causing it. There are no error codes stored in the system because as soon as I turn the car off, and turn it back on, they go away and done come back till the next day. Most of the time it will just be the active steering malfunction, but sometimes all 4 come up. From my research, the culprits can be the following

1. Wheel alignment ($60)
2. Wheel speed Sensors (over $200)
3. Steering Angle Sensor (almost $1000 to replace and reprogram)

Repairs I have done so far to the car,

1. Replaced battery with BMW black AGM battery
2. Replaced IBS sensor
3. Had the dealer register the new battery (they did a retrofit for the AGM battery)
4. Had the dealer reinitialize active steering angles

What has be confused is that it doesn't do it all the time. Just sometimes. Anyone els have this problem? What fixed it?

Here is a pic of the i-Drive showing the error messages

Car runs fine, the steering wheel tightens up sometimes after the errors show up but goes back to normal if I turn off the car for 5 minutes and turn it back on.

Not a low battery issue. Please read the first post. The battery is 4 days old. This problem is a year old.

Has your car taken on any water? Is the passenger floor wet at all? I only ask because I got the same error messages (minus the start off assist since I don't have that in my car) after my storm drains clogged and the water backed up into the passenger compartment. Many of those modules and sensors are located in the passenger floor under the rug. If not and you have already replaced your battery, and its not storing codes, maybe you have some type of short or idrive issue?

I live in sunny California, no water ever inside. If the errors came on and didnt go away, they would be easy to diagnose and fix, but they dont come on all the time. Sometimes it will go for weeks without the errors showing up again. It annoys me more than anything.
