No, US spec sports package is the standard wheel, heated/non-heated depending on presence of cold weather pkg. Only SMG gets round airbag and thumb notches in US.

See at 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock there are little thumb grips that pop out into the steering wheel... I love them. I have them on the MINI.
See here is a 545i SMG w/sport package wheel looks similiar but no thumb grips.
