2006 530xi is having all kinds of problems. Loss of power steering, 4×4 ,abs,dsc,ebv trans p0700, speedometer not working, miles not adding up, runs out of gas when ac is on at half tank mark, no tractions controls, braking is hard. One time I was washing my car power wash everything and all the dash lights went off and everything was working fine. Power steering, brakes, speedometer, it was perfect for about 3 miles down the road and then it all came back again. Help

 

sounds like you shorted your modules.

 

What modules would that be that is shorted out?

First, check your trunk for any signs of water ingress.

 

You many also just need a new battery.

 

Remove the spare and check under it. It's a common place for water to mess up electronics. There are a few places that leak and there are threads for it. Trunk seal or clogged sunroof drain are most common as I recall.
