2006 525xi - thoughts?
How are people finding the 2006 525xi (6 speed manual) in terms of the power? I'll be using the car as a daily driver, not much traffic as I commute off peak hours.
I know sometimes when I hop in a rental Impala/4 banger Camry, I immediately notice the car is... well, slow. I've found the few new Ford Taurus' to be quick enough, but rather boring cars.
For my personally owned cars, I've recently owned a E39 M5 which was a blast to drive even when driving it at responsible normal speeds. Previous to that, I had a e46 330i which had a great road feel was was quick enough compared to other common cars at the time (2004) .
With the 215 hp in the 525, will I feel like I short changed myself? I won't be tracking the car, I don't drag race but I do like to get on the throttle on open roads, which I might add aren't that abundant in the city.

I have a 2006 530xi with manual transmission. It is plenty peppy. I've never felt it lacked what I asked it to do. Now, it isn't an M5, but I love driving it.
