I have a 2004 530i that drives perfectly fine for roughly 45 min before it stalls. The accessories, such as A/C, Idrive system, and radio work fine, but this does not send an error code and i am able to start car 30mins to an hour after it stalls. I just had used motor put in and thought it was the intake crank shaft sensor. Once I replaced the sensor it didn't have the issue for about a month or so, however it stalled out on me again just yesterday. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

You could have a vacuum leak. Have you done a leak test yet?
