2 Questions on Loaner 535i
Dealer gave me a CPO 2008 535i for my loaner, since I am considering trading up..two questions..(I have an 08 528i FYI)..
1) The vehicle has the sport option. I have noticed that the steering wheel will not go up as high as in my 528, it's almost sitting on my knees at it's highest setting. It seems to go up and down with no problems, but I put it up as far as I could and it is still lower than my 528i? What gives?
2) Given that I will only have the car for 3 days, what should I look for to distinguish it from the 528i? Should I push it hard in the corners? I need to really understand the differences so I can judge whether I prefer this over my 528i...
Thanks!

Assuming your 528i doesn't have the sport option you should notice the handling is much better.
Ok, just took a drive and the power difference is very noticeable. I like the handeling, but do not particularly care for the harsh ride going over bumps and such. I am liking it so far..I think I could live without the sport option and nav, which would save me considerably..

If you are not use to the sport option, it will definitely feel better in turns when pushed. The car will stay level and turns take less movement of the wheel, depending on speed. It will be a more firm ride but I'd give up a soft ride for much better handling any day. I did have a 525 without sport pkg and upgraded the rims to the 18" 124's and handling did improve but nothing like the new 550 with sport pkg.
