@Isaiah_Charles: There is a very noticable wind noise when exceeding 40 mph with the sunroof closed. The noise almost gets better if the sunroof is moved to the vent position and the most telling sign was closing the sunroof shade reduced if not eliminated the noise all together. Hope this helps!

Update on the air pump leaking oil. Before I left on a long trip last weekend I thoroughly cleaned the area with carb cleaner. After 1000 miles of driving, most of which was at 80+ there is no oil leaking at all where it once was wet down the front of the engine below the pump. Hmmmm??

Also, got into a nice 3 car train on I-74 heading from Indianapolis to Champaign with 2 other Bimmers, a 335i and a 135ix during which we all averaged 95mph or so which made the drive a lot of fun. We drove respectfully but I'm sure a lot of people were like..."damn yuppies in their BMW's" as we all passed!
