All, Thanks for the feedback, I had decided to drop the idea of buying these wheels but before doing so I was curious to know what would be the lowest price for these wheels. So I placed a best offer of $500 on the wheels assuming that the seller would send me a counter offer and I would reject the offer. Guess what, the seller actually accepted my offer of $500 for the wheels and now I dont know what to do

Damn...me and my stupid ideas, I dont use ebay much but I am assuming if i tell the seller that i dont want them now, he will give me a negative feedback and mess up my ebay profile!

you in fact took the chump bait on this one

of course he would accept the offer since he probably got the wheels in bulk for $200 a set, being reps with so so quality he is making his money

you should have never bid on something you didnt intend to buy but we live and learn......and some get luvs

I say risk the negative feedback and just pull out of the deal....best to turn around now before it's too late....

Thanks Gene, I will send him an email and apologize for my withdrawal. I am still shocked that he accepted my offer in the first place, wonder how much margin they make in replica wheels.

that pic looked like 18, i bet they'd look decent in 19. A friend with an M3 has the 19's and we've toyed with the idea of just trying them on my car but never have actually done it.

Its too bad they aren't OEM because that'd be a good deal for some lightweight wheels. Even reps its not a bad deal, just always a bummer putting big heavy wheels on and losing some performance overall. Are you set on 19's?? If you are, just buy them, put them on and see what you think for a while. If it comes down to it, you could just pull them off and buy other 19's and swap the tires over. That way you'd probably only lose a few hundred overall. Also make sure they'll fit a 5 if you go through with it - the 3 has different offsets and the hub might actually be different too?

buyers cannot receive negative feedback so you have no worries! only sellers can get negative feedback
