Does anyone know if BMW Style 166 19" (M5 wheels) will fit on E60 all wheel drive models? There are plenty of pictures indicating they will work with rear wheel drive models but I can't seem to find any on an x drive model.

Not the standard (M5) 166 wheels the offset is way too low, however they do make M6 offsets (awaiting my order now) which are even lower I am not sure if they have a higher offset in those wheels or not

As simple as fit yes it will. But it does not look properly, as almost an inch will sticks outside the fender. OEM Style 166 has proper RWD small/low offset maybe some other company make replica that has big/high offset which will fit xi properly. Member SP530xi did it on his... http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=15597

OEM M5 wheels are near perfect on the rear, just need to roll the inside lip of the fender a bit so when one hits a big bump, the tire doesn't rub. Never have anyone in the back seat of mine so if one is hauling a full load around (or stuff in the trunk) it will be worse.

The fronts stick out a smidge (still working on a solution - Machining???) and rub slightly on the inner liner when full lock (no biggie).

Here's mine...
