15mm in rear is ideal for max bump with no rubbing, with the 124's. They will also work fine with 17's in the rear...assuming they are OEM with the usual ET20.

I am running 20mm spacers in the rear with #166. No problem at all.
GO WIDE!!!!

30mm spacers are fine. The best ones to use are the ones that actually bolt to your hub, then your wheels bolt to the spacers (like the H&R DRA series). This avoids the need to use very long wheel bolts.

Sorry to read about this Moopai.
There are some BMW wheels with the same Styling model but
with different ET's for different car models.
Hope everybody learns something about this.

I can't believe the guy just didn't market them correctly. Maybe he was just uneducated...or stole them, or whatever. I just can't understand why someone would do this knowingly. I can tell you that I knew nothing about ET's until I got my xi, and addicted to this forum. I also have never been into wheel mods either. Not defending the guy, because he's an ass....anyway, I hope you can resell those quickly. If you decide to sell outside of CA, PM me. I'm trying to come to a decision myself

You are running ET8 in the rear? Doesn't seem possible to not rub...
