Giant TCR C0
I just purchased a CPO 09 535i MT last week. It's my first BMW and I am loving that slick 6 speed. Great seats, real steering feel, fast, incredible brakes. Still reading the manual and trying to figure out what options I have (sport package, comfort access, adaptive xenons, navigation, sirius, heated steering wheel and seats). Looking for winter/snow tires and wheels for now, waiting to do more research on other upgrades. (sorry, still working on pictures)
Except for 2 brief rebound relationships with Toyota/Lexus, all of my previous rides have been VAG product (84GTI, 91 GLI 16v, 96 GLI VR6, 01 Passat 1.8, 95 S6, 95 S6 Avant, 00 996)

Welcome to the fold... I also recently purchased a CPO 535i Sport. I've had her for a little over a month now, and lover her more every time I climb behind the wheel. As far as mods, I'd like to do some of the lighting mods, stereo, as well as wheels. Still not sure on the body or performance mods. I like the M-style front end, but not terribly fond of the rear end, unless you go dual exhaust, which tends to lose some power from what I've read.

man kinda wishing i bought a 535 instead of a 550, gas is killing me slowly. Although, prob not that much of a difference than the turbo 6.

congrats. although in a differnent class due to year and evolution of cars in general... how do you feel coming from those VAG vehicles?
I see several people jumping back into Audi;s due to the newer BMW feel of "floating" "sloppy handling" and overall design.

I absolutely had to have another manual transmission car. For a sedan, that basically leaves the A4 in the Audi stable, the current design of which I just don't really care for. The 09 5 series has great straight classic lines. This car also has the sport package, and in my opinon is not "floaty" at all. In fact, I think it handles remarkably well for a big car. It reminds me a lot of my 95 S6 sedan (big powerful 4 door sleeper, manual transmission, great Recaro seats). So far, I am a very happy and love every time I get in it.
