Default '08 550i pulling to the right

I purchased it 1 1/2 yrs ago, i made comment to salesman that the wheel was about 2-4 degs to the left when driving. they checked it and said it was good and if it was off i'd get a error on the display.
Well its been the same since, steering wheel turned slightly to the left when driving and a slight pulling to the right. I had it 4 wheeled aligned and they did do some slight adjustments, but it stayed the same.
Alignment shop said its probably the tires, fronts are in great shape (no feathering) rears are worn and need replacing. Wasn't planning on replacing fronts as they look fine.
Any advice would be great.

Also looking for some advice on tuners in soCal, this car is a rear dog coming out of corners and trying to accelerate out, in sport its fine.
Seems like its in to high of a gear and there's no power at all. Thru the corner power fluctuates, no sure why if its doing hyd cam adjustments, fly by wire throttle adjustments. just no fun to drive, unless I want to drive like a old lady, when no in sport.
Thanks

Possibly control arms are worn? How many miles? I had a small issue with the car pulling to one side (among the many symptoms of worn control arm bushings) and after replacement and alignment, it tracks straight and true. As for the responsiveness of the car in corners, it's frustrating and due to the aggressive programming of the tranny for fuel economy when not in sport mode. You can purchase a sprint booster which attaches to your gas pedal to eliminate the lag.
I've actually been driving aggressively in the past 5 months and the tranny has adapted to my driving style...that lag when coming out of corners is markedly reduced. Even get some good engine braking when coming to stops. Try erasing your tranny logic using the pedal method and driving a bit more aggressively to "teach" the trans..

Mileage is 66k, not to high. I'll have it put on the rack and see if there's any wear.
Any thoughts on tires causing this pull?
As for resetting the tranny, heard it needs to be done frequently. looking for a better solution, i.e.. tuner, ecu chip.
Any good shops in SoCal, anyone recommends.
Thank you.

Mine was at 60K when all 4 of my control arms on the front needed replacing. Could be uneven tire pull, alignment needs to be redone, dragging brake caliper, bad wheel bearing, etc. Just takes a lot of troubleshooting. Control arms would still be my first check..
