Well, it all depends on your driving style and preferrence. If you like speed, 525 will disappoint you. If style is more important than speed, 525 would do just fine. Just my 2 cents.

Even I would take the 550, no offense to the ones that have the 525 but when I was researching my purchase the 525 was too underpowered for the weight of our cars for my taste. I couldn't see going from an SRT Jeep to a car with less than 200HP

The advantage i see the 525 over the 550 is that you have 90K miles remainder ofr warranty....550 only 50k miles.

depends on original date of service for both cars. you will likely run out of warranty time before you use up the mileage on the 525 so the extra mileage might be a moot point.

Thank you guys so much, ya this car is for my wife. I am more towards the 525i because it's newer think I'm gonna close the deal keep ya posted.....

Why not split the difference and get a 530i. Not quite a 550i but much better than a 525i based on the one I test drove.
