Default 06 530i - No drain plug on the diff??

Friend has a leaking diff at left axle seal and I'll be changing it for him this weekend.
Since car has almost 100k miles and I got some Amsoil 75W90 gear oil, I suggested we flush the diff. While looking at the leak, I looked for the drain and fill plugs. I found the fill plug but I couldn't find drain plug. I thought I was going crazy so I went on RealOEM and it confirmed that I am not crazy

E60 530i - Part #4 shows Quantity 1
RealOEM.com * BMW E60 530i Final drive, gasket set

E60 545i - Part #4 shows Quantity 2
RealOEM.com * BMW E60 545i Final drive, gasket set

What's up with this crap anyways and how am I supposed to drain this diff?

i changed the fluid on my 550 at 80k miles, and it was still clear and looked good. i could believe 'lifetime fill' on the diff.
you may just be better off topping it off and be done with it.
or if you insist, get a hand pump and you have to suck the old fluid out through the fill port.

Thanks for the response. This is the first BMW I worked on that didn't have drain plug on the diff. I think Hans drank too many beers one night and forgot to include it lol

I'll just top it off thru fill plug once I change the seal
