I assume you are in the US? I sort of had to laugh to myself as I pictured yourself working the salesman real hard with a baseball bat. I mentioned in another post that you don't know how easy you have it over there. A 545i in Ireland with no options stickers at approx US$ 115,000 using the current exchange rate $ to ?
I bought a 520 in August for US$82,000. I'm now starting to cry.

dont cry tooo much, as its not really a currency conversion that is causing the difference, its the marketing of BMW NA, and their sales power to set the market prices, you cant do the exchange rate to come to their formula
No, I'm inconsolable. I'm in floods here. You can get a very nice 545i with reasonable spec over there in $ for what I paid for a 520 in ?.
Why don't you take it as a Euro Delivery and take another 4K off the car. Also, If I was you, I would at least add the Logic 7 and DEFINITELY SAT Prep!!! Then you (or the next owner) can always decide if you want to add the Sat. later.
With those options, it looks like you came out to about 3800 over invoice. I agree that prewiring for sat radio is a good idea. Only $75 now, but lots more if you want to add it without the prep.
If you are willing to work with other dealers you could get down to the $2,000 - $1,000 over invoice range. I just ordered/purchased a 2005 545i in this range. They started at MSRP and said there was no way they could budge or they would lose money.
I think the best method is not to ask what they will take off sticker, but what will they accept over invoice. Use this site and will find invoice is about $55K for your car.
Don?t get caught up in getting the best deal ever, rather the best deal for you. Only you can be satisfied with what you pay. Most importantly be prepared to walk if they will not give you the price you want.
