04 Mechatronix sleeve and additional seal replacement
Need some advice here, my 04 530i transmission is leaking from the Mechatronix sleeve. I bought the kit to swap out that and the seals under the mech body. But i was just watching the DIY vid and the seals underneath are a smooth cyclinder where my kit (which i verified was for my trans) have a lip at one end similar to a spout to pour fluid i added pics below. Look at the top of them. Are the new ones supposed to be different then what is in the DIY vid. Just concerned about making sure my parts are correct before i break it down to replace.
