Two months ago (February), I was driving on the highway with a few people. I gave it some gas and my car threw a transmission fault error as well as my SES light on again. I had an increased emissions problem (P0492) about a year ago at 126K miles. Had this problem, and many other things fixed by a reputable indy shop here in Vegas. I've never had a problem until recently. I turned off the car and turned it on which reset the error. I had the car scanned and it threw a P17eb code but also went away. Haven't found anything about this code and was hoping someone could help. I was thinking maybe because I ran it too hard? Overheated? My car is free of codes and runs fine now with the exception of the trans occasionally slipping whenever I try to accelerate. Car is at about 133K miles now.
