No, only on the 550i. Poor fellows going for that car, first paying a massive premium for a V8 and then you'll get a beeep-beeep, bzzzz-bzzzz thing you didn't ask for. TG it comes with a button to turn it off.

Can this steering wheel button at least be re-programmed to do something use ful like switching entertainment sources or mute ???

Perhaps not in Sweden but...
It's standard on the 535d in the UK and Ireland.

i think its very stupid... if you need a lane departure warning system... then i don't know why you should even have this car... let alone be driving any vehicle
