Oh my, it has been a while since I've seen such a good looking, clean blank canvas

'Grats! and of course, lots of luck with the ride!

Come check us out at the June 12th Bear Mtn drive and eat - shake some hands, grab some grub, chew on some knowledge with the geezers

Very clean. Any plans to mod or are you leaving it bone stock?

And most definitely come to this Saturday's Bear Mountain meet. 8 am at the Palisades Center -- a stone's throw from Teaneck.

Thanks. I really would love to come out, as this would be my 1st official "E60" meet. (Ive been part of the E39 crowd/meets for the last 5 yrs)
However, I will be in Montreal, Canada this extended weekend for the Formula 1 GP. Not a bad alternative, nevertheless, I want to meet all of you guys!
Please let me know or start a new thread on the next, upcoming meet. (if planned)

European counterparts do it on theirs. Yes, they are OEM and so are the rear bumper reflectors.
Thanks.

Thanks!! Blank canvas, ha? I like the clean part. I always think about adding the bumpers, exhaust, dropping the car. Then i think about the roads in the NY tri-state area, I get discouraged.

I meant "blank canvas" in a good way

Yes, in NYC it isn't easy to drive a car slammed (just ask member brabusw209amg). But if you don't go into the city often and you don't daily drive the car, its doable (even though, I've still not slammed mine yet hahaha).

Yes, I understood you correctly the first time!!! I dont know, but somehow I like to keep it stock. For example, Ive test-driven the 5 with the sports pkg and the active steering, and I disliked it for its "harshness" Chose, instead, non-sport. And the reason I feel the harshness is because Im so used to a softer, more comfortable ride. It is my daily driver, after all! Quality of our roads, tie into the "daily driver" reason. At some point, I will go with the Bilstein HD's all around on the E60, just as I did on my E39. That felt like a semi-sports pkg, w/o the unforgiving ride. Thats a great product, BTW. In summary, SP is not for me, I guess.
