Have the same problem, JUST "WASH" the lock with oil, and it will lock directly...
After some weeks, do the same, ..

But after all u need to change that lock...

My dads brand new 520d did this about a day after he got it, the latch just needed a slight adjustment, think he was in and out of the dealership with in 15mins.
