well i finally came across a somewhat modified e60 but it was at night and i could not get any good pics 
it was last night at 1030pm going 60 west near the 605 interchange there was a silver E60 (not sure if it was pre-LCI or what) with what looks like 20" black spoke wheels with polished lip, lowered i think and instead of the model number badge he had a ACS badge in its place... but i kept looking and did not see any ACS mods on the car?

Spotted this Tit Grey E60 in the Target parking lot in Torrance. Must have been Monday or Tuesday...

I don't DD mine because it's easier and faster to get to the office in the F250 because it politely forces everyone out of my way when they see me coming...
I'll usually jump in the bimmer on the weekend.
