2 E60's this evening in Cerritos. One black(?) with tinted windows, wheels(?) going west on South Street at Norwalk. I was going the other way and only caught a glimpse of it going the other way. The other was a silver one with no mods, turning North on Carmenita.

he's in a black e60 w/tinted windows on 20's.
i suppose i was the silver with no mods heading north on Carmenita.
