Need some suggestions for gas

So I just got a job about 45 mins out, just got my 92 535i around 2 months ago and don't want to get rid of it just for gas. I was wondering what things I could do to it to save me some gas like filters or such??? I live in Texas and gas isn't necessarily cheap at the moment
