What damage will I have?

If I have a flat tire and put on a spare, that is 3 inches less in circumference than the remaining three tires, what will I damage? I would only use the spare to get to the tire repair shop. I have a 535xi -2008.

The factory spare had a circumference equaling that of the 4 factory tires. I have changed the size of the four tires. Thus, the factory space saver spare has a circumference 3 inches less than the remaining tires. I can't imaging that I wouldn't damage something if I were to drive with 3 tires having a circumference that is 3 inches greater than the one spare. I just wonder what the severity of the damage would be?
