Okay, so after spending 2 hard working hours with my hand and arm in the door trying to detach the stock mirrors wire harnesses from its module; I get down to the very last thing I need to do before I can install my new mirrors. As I remove the drivers mirror bottom corner torx bolt, the dang torx bolt gets stripped. Not sure what I can do about it as the bolt is recessed within the door frame.
I tried google'n it and I read that one person used JB weld and welded a smaller bit to the stripped bolt, then racheted it off.
Another person tried the same thing but instead of using JB Weld, they actually welded a bit to it for it to be able to be racheted off.
So, once again Im in need of your much appreciated advice. Up for suggestions.

yeah use like a 1/16 drill dit, go larger if need be. drill on the center of the bolt and be careful not to hit the thread or whatever its fasten too so u dont make the hole bigger. if you do, a larger bolt will be needed to thread back. good luck!

If I use a drill to drill through the torx bolt I will probably damage the stock mirrors female connecting end that the torx bolt is inside of. I think that would result in part of the torx to lay lodeged inside of the female part. As when in the future when I put back on the stock mirrors I will be unable to use that female end to mount it back on. If all else fails then I guess that would be my only option.

Go to sears and see if you can get a screw extractor...it's essentially a drill bit in reverse so as it digs in to the screw it rotates anticlockwise. I think there are other designs that you have to prep the screw head then tap another bit in to remove it.
