Skirt replacement

My Ride: 545i
Model Year: 2004
i allotted 45min as total work time, but it turned out to be pretty easy and did it for 20min
you'll need a torx screw-T30 and 5/16 socket wrench
5/16 screws-there's one on each front side and two at the back
T30 - i think 6-7 on each side
after removing all screws pop the skirt out
you could re-use the tab locks
I actually got help which made the work faster

Also, make sure the the green tabs are in the middle of the slot-move them side to side to know if they are in the right place.
