Removing the back of the front seats

Does anyone know how to remove the back plastic covers on the front seats?

If you are sitting on the back-seat, you look at the back of the front seat....

This back, is covered not with fabric or leather, but with a black plastic.

I don't think you need to remove the seat rear panel. Rudy posted earler for removing head rest.

You're right....

and I wanted to bold down my headrest so they are not that easy removable when somebody tries to steal them.
