Rear Charging sockets

socket.pdfHaving read several posts regarding the lack of any rear sockets for us Brits, I have looked in the electrical diagrams and have found fuse number 82 is assigned to the rear sockets. I have checked my fuse board and there is a 20 amp fuse fitted at that position, but there is no wiring in the centre consol. Does anyone know if this fuse is in fact connected and where I would pick up the terminal to add the extra wiring?

Waiting for - 535d Sport, Silver Grey, Foldy Mirrors, 172 19",Logic7,Pro Radio,Through load,Heated Front Seats,High Gloss shadowline,Black Maple,Headlight wash,Sun Protection Glass.
Apparently they come with a wood upgrade option, (I went for Black maple instead of the silver Alu Cube)...to my surprise I got the two sockets.

My Ride: 535d auto sport saloon. titanium silver with black dakota leather. comfort seats with heating front and back. maple wood. visibility pack. media pack with tv function. m rear spoiler and m double spoke 172 19'' wheels with continental tyres
I upgraded to the black maole and I also got two sockets. I also beleive that if you get the folding rear seat you get a socket in the boot as well - near the boot lock.

I just ordered my car and since I wanted to have the non-smoking package, I asked if I still had the elec sockets in the back and front. The dealer did not know, but did ask BMW Germany and they confirmed that the production starting in March 2006 does provide the Alu Cube with elec sockets in non smoking version.
