Anyone ever replace the radiator hoses before? My hose has been leaking and now the leak is very bad. I have to replace the host before I can drive the car. I have the host and sensor but its so hard to get to. Its the radiator return hose on the left

have you checked the diagrams from realoem.com?

IIRC, your e60 is a 525i (sorry it's not listed in your sig and you debadged your ride)

Got the old hoses off. I can't get the new ones on, they have the clip you pull back and it should go right on. Does anyone know if there is anything special I need to do?? Help

I need to replace the same hose on the passenger side for my 2004 545i with about 60k miles.

1) Is there a drain plug and where to lower the coolant level in the radiator?
2) How did you remove the old hose and install the new one?

Help is appreciated.
