Hi, I installed the retrofit kit myself, but it was more difficult then my previous installs particularly because you need to re wire and change connectors (pins) of quite a few connectors, even in places where there is no room (light module). To be honest I would not reccomend anyone to do it yourself.
Price is somewhat difficult as I was able to get the headlights from a forum member that change to LCI headlights. I changes from standard halogen to Adaptive Bi Xenon (the full package). Retrofit was some 350 EUR if I remember well. Vehicle needed coding afterwards.
My advice; have it done by the dealer; the EBA from BMW says it should only cost 5,5 hours, I spend easlily more then 3 times that.

I am looking to upgrade to non-adaptive xenons- I was able to get all the parts (bulbs, ballasts, control unit, xenon headlights, etc.) from ebay. The only thing that I am having a hard time is getting the wiring as the wiring needs to be replaced. Does anyone know where/how (part #?) of the wiring that I can use?
Help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance
