Here are some pictures of my M-Kit in the boxes that it came in and some other pictues that I took while I was installing it. It ist NOT really a do it yourself guide as I don't have step by step pictures and instructions. However, I thought that it may be interesting for some. The kit came in two HUGE boxes and two smaller but longer boxes. Even with a completely empty (no seats) Chrysler van I still had to make two trips to pick up the whole kit from the dealer. Some of the pictures were taken by the camera on my Sony Ericsson S710a phone, so they are not great quality, but better than nothing (and much better than picrues from other phones that I have owned). For pictures of the installed kit click on the following link:

The parking sensors on the rear M-tech bumpers do not fit flush like with the normal bumpers. This is normal and there is nothing that could be done to change it. It is like this on some other BMW models too (ex. E46 M3).
I fixed the gap problem between the bumper and the hood and you can see my post and the methods I used to do it >>>>HERE<<<<
If you are talking about the gap between the bottom of the headlight and the bumper then Method 1 in my other post should help a bit (although method 2 would not help that particular gap).

You are really helpful. Thanks again.Do you intend to get the trunk lid keyhole cover for your E60?It looks more neat with it.

Yes.....one of these days. The problem is that I can only get the primed version if I go through US Dealers. I don't want to do that again like I did with my M-Kit. I would rather get the piece already painted at the factory. So I need to order it from RoverActive on eBay for $450. I have spent a lot of money lately on car stuff, so for now I don't want to spend the $450 on that. Besides, there is a chance that I may have to go to Europe in the next few months for work, so I am waiting to see if that is going to happen. If it does I will buy it when I go there.

I did not actually get a quote for the primered version because I was not interested in it, I only wanted the painted version. Getting the pre-painted kit for $2600 is great. Mine cost me $2650 and I had to get the primered one and have it painted at a body shop. If I were to do it again I would get the pre-painted one, even if it cost a few hundred more.
