Forum,
It seems like all the good deals are on Non pdc M Style bumpers and I need to replace my bumper due to being stupid. Has anyone ever went the non-PDC route and had the holes cut out? If so, was there any draw back to having this done such has fittment of the sensors falling out? Thanks in advance for any support and your answers.

for our replica M style bumpers, the PDC and nonPDC versions are the same price
currently though we are out of stock on the preLCI PDC version fronts, but will be getting more next month for sure.

Hi yes it can be done, I have completed that retrofit on my old Audi A6 front bumper, I had to drill the holes which their positions are marked on the inside of the bumper then had to glue the holders onto the back of the bumper.
I was very impressed with them they looked OEM.
I have just recently fitted the front and rear Mtech bumpers both came with the PDC holes so I didn't have to do it again, but out of interest looked at how BMW fitted their PDC sensors compared to Audi I even had an old Audi sensor which fits the BMW bumper exactly.
the only problem I can see you may have is the brackets for holding the PDC sensors on to the bumper can not be bought from BMW you have to buy a complete bumper.
But I have a full set from my Audi A6 if you need them PM me.
They are identical they are made by Rehau for BMW and Audi.
there is a DIY over at the Audi forum again PM me for the address.
If you really want to do them they can be done its not too difficult.
hope this helps

Thanks for your response...I have the sensors already, but was looking at purchasing a new bumper due to killing my old one recently. What I saw from DDmtuning was priced perfectly, but with out the PDC cut outs. I don't want to do a hack job if I don't have too, but it's about saving money at this point. Thanks again.
