Yes it does but it's not that bad. I had 20s and didnt like the ride quality and the idea of less rubber contact. I didnt want to get 285/25/20. These VMRs are not bad. Feels lighter than the stockers

Looks great! Huge improvement, labor is free when you have nothing else to do, so it is like getting a new set of rims for next to nothing. I just did this myself minus the clear coat because I am just tiding myself over until I get powder coating.
