If you ask me, You're not the smartest bloke if your spending your money on a sprintbooster. That thing is just something between your ears...
Press the pedal further if you want to accelerate harder.
The N52 engine isn't a really good tuner.
You can reprogram the ECU, but even that will only give you 15 to 20hp max.

The OP has an 04' 530. From what I remember, that's an M54 engine. N52 came out in 06' I believe.
Have you looked into the power box from. Burger tuning? Although I have a different engine I have the jb4 and I love it. I have a friend that has the powerbox on his 328 and he seems to enjoy the extra power it gives. I think it remaps your ecu like the sprint poster but it actually gives you more power. Just another option for you to look into.

Since they mainly up the turbo pressure, tunes for engines without a turbo have less effect.
N52 is estimate to go 258hp->275hp and the 231hp version to aprox 246
