My Ride: 03' E46, E60 545i (coming)
i have retrofitted an OEM nav on an E46 successfully and i'm kinda wondering if it's possible on E60s since looks more complicated? Has anyone retroffited this and is there a write up somewhere? Tried searchig but couldn't find one...Thanks in advance!

Some forum members have done it and there's some info on the forum. You should be able to do a search and find plenty to keep you busy for the rest of the day.
In the meantime, here's the retrofit installation instructions, I believe this kit is not available for sale in the US anymore but you can always purchase the pieces separately. I have a CCC unit and a 8.8 monitor that I will probably list in the classifieds section if the current buyer I have backs out.
