My Ride: 2004 520i titanium silver, grey leather interior riding on 19" M5 wheels, alu cube pure trim installed... mods still to come...
Just bought oem xenon retrofit kit to install on my 520i (63130390028) and I need the installation manual EBA 0307790.
Could someone please post me the .pdf if possible.

As of 09/05 the lighting modules changed, you must change this and get it programmed as well, im planning to do the ALC Xenon in future..

Thanks for the reply MAE 60D but i need the manual for xenon only not bi xenon, as i have halogen lights at present. This kit doesn't conatain headlights just the lenses, balasts and wiring.

Ive just looked up the part number on Realoem.com
I could be wrong, if so im sorry, but that looks like the Xenon "Fog light" option rather than the headlight they go in the bumper. what makes me think this from the diagram is the front adjustment screw theres no way that would work in the headlight.
The fog lights do have this, I recogise the shape having fitted my Mtech kit a couple of weeks ago.
What you could do is get access to a WDS wiring CD from some source (ebay autoepc.ru) and check out the wiring ?
PS if anyone does have access to the BMW ASAP portal where the PDFs are available please get the adaptive retrofit one as well !

Just found out that this kit is DEFINITELY xenon retrofit kit but for the FOG LIGHTS!!! Dissapointed so so so, and I am asking one simple question: Is it possible to do the oem upgrade from halogen headlighs to xenon or bi xenon. Anyone done this and what part no are needed.

Non OEM think BMW Mstyle in the uk have a light kit.

On OEM lights
The Bixenon has one control box they differ pre 09/05 and post 09/05 these are nearly allways missing on Ebay and cost money !!
The adaptive Xenon needs 2 ECUs one for the Xenon the other for the leveling motor
These attach to the headlight
inside the car you will need an new lighting ECU 260 pounds - they are security coded to the car so thay have to be new.
plus in the EU you need the level sensors and loom, and headlight washers - not cheap !
The only other option
buy two Bixenons lights
externally wire one of the those "computer error cancellers" to the low beam (a resistor to sink the extra 20W) and keep your current lighting set up
The high beam will not be Xenon however -check out some E46 xenon retros for some tricks to make it work
Im going the OEM route once I get all the parts, our annual testing is quite tough over here.

it doesnt include the headlights themselves, or the headlight washer kit, but does include the bulbs +ECUs
