Hi guys, i'm new to the forum!

Need to know how to remove the rear bench on an E60 5 Series saloon.

I've looked for a topic on here covering it but I can't find one.

Can anyone help me a.s.a.p?

Welcome to the forums -- you can usually find instuctions for these types of common tasks by using the search function of the board or the Google search at the top of each page.

For example, the first result returned after putting the words "remove rear seat" into the Google search box gave me this:
http://forums.e60.net/index.php?s=&sho...st&p=139338 Keep in mind that to remove the rear seat backrest, you have to first remove the seat bottom. The .pdf file attached to the post I linked to above will give you what you need...

(BTW, if you put "remove rear bench" into the Google box, you'd get the following post which has a direct link to the .pdf:

I just removed mine a few weeks ago for reasons that would take too long to explain on here. But it's actually very easy. The bottom cushion you can just pull up and off. Then there are several bolts along the bottom of the back rest that hold the seat belt locks in place. You'll need a star bit and a socket set to get them off and it's a fairly unusual size, but I was able to find one at Lowes. Anyway, there are also four bolts that you have to remove from the inside of the trunk, they are up on the rear parcel shelf. After that there are two hooks on the bottom of the seat back right next to the doors, you have to push those around their holders and once you do that the whole thing just comes out. You may have to slide out the door sill pieces to undo the hooks but I'm not sure. I did but I can't remember if it was necessary. It's real easy to do though, you just slide them towards the rear of the car and they come out. Hope that's what you're looking for, let me know if you need better explainations or pictures of where things are located.
