HM, I got my info from a UK site a few months ago and I cannot easily retrace it now. So I went on to Webasto's own homepage and here they have a spreadsheet showing which cars can easily be upgraded to full functionality and to my shame, I note it is only the X5 and the previous 7-series that they list. So in absense of further evidence on my part, I'll rest that argument here.

I'm pretty sure I have my headlamp washers turned off for the warm season.

Now in the warm weather I don't need to have the washers spraying all over my hood

KBM:

SCHEINW_REINIGUNGS_AUTOM (Headleamp Cleaning)
active or nicht_aktiv

Once I am sure I got it I will update the spreadsheet.

Hi guys, so yesterday i decided to code my bmw to get rid of the annoying "SOS fault message" that i'm getting for a while now. Actually my TCU unit has been stolen from my car and i don't have bluetooth and telematics service anymore so everytime i start the car i have the damn message.
So i connect my laptop and start "ncs expert" then F1, F3 and when i choose the cas module, i've got an error saying that i don't have the "9BD" option. I looked at my options list that has been send to me by BMW and the last option metioned there is
" 9BD BUSINESSPACKAGE "

Can you tell me what do you think? I have searched a while for a description of this option but in vain. Do you think that i can delete this option from the TA list? Will this disable other things?

Thanks!

I looked at all his vids...the interesting ones anyhow - check out the welcome light videos, does anyone know if that is a change in factory settings that makes the arm/disarm sound that way?
