Just wondering how many pushpins does the rear bumper have? I'm looking to buy new ones in case I break any when I uninstall the stock one.
Also, I know I need new rear brackets, do I need a new battery cover?

Thanks in advance...

I think if you check the realoem site you will see the number of push pins you need, you will need a new battery cover.

Heres the list of bits i bought when i fitted mine.

6 x 07146954937 - Clips
1 x 51127896615 - Mount
1 x 51127896616 - Mount
1 x 51127897144 - Guide
1 x 51717896625 - Cover
6 x 07149156623 - Bolt
10x 51127004445 - Pushpin plugs

I only needed the clips and bolts for fitting the diffuser.

Good luck with the fitting.

Hi there. I just did the bumper change last week. The pushpins come in packets of ten, so I bought two packs. I used 4 pins!! Wanna buy some??!! You will need the battery cover, as well as the supports. Fit the supports, then trim the arch covers to suit, no measuring required. The whole job took me an hour and a half, very straightforward. Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards, Ken.

So the original left, right and center supports from the original bumper needs to be changed out?? Though some people changed over to the Mtech without changing them.

I guess you could retain the originals, but they would need a lot of butchering, they are so far removed from the M parts. I bought all the brackets etc from our main dealer in the UK for 85 quid, so the stuff's not too dear.
